HISTORY Incorporated in 1985 T.S.M. Limited specialized in heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and sheet metal fabrication.  Four years later to better serve our customers we added a mechanical division which concentrated on plumbing, process piping, gas piping, and underground services.  This allowed T.S.M. Limited to provide complete mechanical services.

UNIONS T.S.M. is signatory to two unions, Local 539 Sheet Metal Workers Union and Local 663 Pipe Fitters Union.  Our affiliation ensures that we have quality employees and allows us to compete in the union and non-union markets.
